BAZY PEŁNOTEKSTOWE w Uczelni VISTULA

Na dzień 9 listopada 2010 r. w Bibliotece Naukowej dostępnych jest pięć baz pełnotekstowych. Dostęp do nich możliwy jest także z każdego stanowiska komputerowego na terenie uczelni. Są to:

  1. EBSCO. Platforma ta składa się z 12 baz danych. Obejmują one publikacje naukowe z różnych dziedzin życia. Jedną z nich jest Academic Search Complete zawierająca ok. 8000 tytułów pełnotekstowych czasopism.

    2. Wszelkie informacje dotyczące zawartości tych baz są zamieszczone w menu głównym bazy EBSCO.

  2. Web of Knowledge. Platforma ta obejmuje m. in. nastepujące bazy:

    3. - Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) zawiera ponad 13 000 tytułów czasopism z nauk ścisłych,

    - Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) zawiera ponad 3600 tytułów czasopism z nauk społecznych,

    - Art & Humanities Citation Index (AHCI) zawiera ponad 1800 tytułów czasopism z nauk humanistycznych.

  3. Elsevier. Baza ta obejmuje ok. 1650 tytułów czasopism z rocznikami od 1995 do bieżącego oraz archiwa ponad 370 tytułów niekontynuowanych.

  6. Springer. Baza obejmuje 1862 tytuły bieżących czasopism Springer. Ponadto zawiera archiwa serii książkowych oraz kolekcję 3009 książek elektronicznych wydanych przez Springera w roku 2005.

FULL-TEXT DATABASES IN VISTULA UNIVERSITY

 

As of 9 November 2010, Science Library provides free access to five full-text databases. They can be accessed from any of the terminals in the university campus. They are:

  1. EBSCO - a kind of platform consisting of 12 databases that contain scientific publications from various branches of knowledge. One of the databases is Academic Search Complete which contains full-text articles from ca. 8000 titles of periodicals. In the main menu of the site there are short descriptions of other subdatabases.
