Bibliographic Reference




Every Bibliographic Reference, according to ISO 690:2010, ought contains in the following (elementary version):

  1. Call Number [sygnatura] - A Mark of Number as Assigned to a Book to Indicate its Location in a Library (Coded Place of Document in Library).
  2. Author [autor] - (if available) Surname and first letter of Name. Written in block letters.
  3. Title [tytuł] - written in italics.
  4. Number of Edition [wydanie] - except first edition - arabic numeral.
  5. Editor [redaktor] - (if available - in Specific Books, e.g. Scientific Documentation, Works, Conference Papers, Reports, Series, Bulletins).
  6. Publisher [wydawca] - Company.
  7. Place and Year of Edition [miejsce i rok wydania].
  8. Series Name and Number [tytuł serii i numer] - (if available).
  9. Pages [strony] - (only in Serials and collective research Books, or citation).
  10. ISBN (Book) or ISSN (Serial) - (if available).

    Every Section ended Comma and Last Section ended Point.
